This form is for work package leaders. It has been revised by QCMB and presented to PEC in the 4th meeting at CUT. WPLs are asked to complete this form and submit to PC by the 15th of the following month to report the progress of the work package. Guidelines for completion of the form is available here
Event Evaluation (QF-EVE)
Each event organizer has to collect feedback from the participants according to the QF_EVE form and send it to the WP5 coleader Andrei Dumitrescu (dumitrescu.andrei@yahoo.co.uk), in order to centralize and analyze it.
The completed forms must be sent within 2 weeks from the moment that the event ended.
The centralized report will be submitted to the QCMB, with cc to the event organizer, within 2 week from receiving the forms.
