On July 15, 2018, a PSU team composing of Dr. Thanate Ratanawilai, Dr. Supanan Chaiprapat, Dr. Suriya Jirasatitsin and staff from Industrial Engineering Department organized a seminar on Industry 4.0 Readiness for Industry in Southern Thailand. The Federation of Thai Industries Songkhla Chapter (FTI-SK) also kindly distributed the project information and communicated with the members about the seminar covering both presentations and workshop.
The event was well received. The audience was from both industry and academia.

Industry 4.0 Readiness Assessment by Dr. Chompol Yuangyai, Industrial Engineering Department, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang.
A workshop on Industry 4.0 Readiness was conducted after the presentations. The representatives from industry were asked to complete the questionnaire. The results will be used in the project for Gap Analysis.
