This document, (PMCP-V1.1), presents the minor revision of the Project Management and Communication Plan as a result of the 2nd PEC meeting at UMinho in September. The updated sections are the work plans for WPs 2, 3 and 4; Figure 1; and the URL address of the project.
Project Management and Communication Plan (PMCP-V1)
PMCP-V1 Project Management and Communication Plan aims to provide key information about the project and guidelines for the implementation of the MSIE4.0 project so that all stakeholders have a common understanding on what has to be achieved, what has to be delivered, who will involve, when to deliver, and how to communicate during the project term.
