Revise EXCEL files for UMinho (Curricula Assessment with 3 Separated Column of Sustainability)

2 -(Revised) Curriculum Information – form

During the meting among Thai partner at CMU on 26th June 2018, we would like to modify the EXCEL file provided by Uminho by

1. Changing the name of %Smart production to  Support of Smart Production
2. Chaning the Scheme for Scoring to be 1-5 (No relevance to Strongly Relevance)
3. Changing the name of %Sustainability to  Support of Sustainability + 3 separated assessment w.r.t. Social,Economic,Environment
4. Assigning &Chaning the Scheme for Scoring to be 1-5 (No relevance to Strongly Relevance) to 3 separated columns
