Personalize Your Course: Workshop on Learning Experience Design

Course No.16: Communications and People Skills Development for Engineering Leaders

At the end of the course, we design a workshop for students to reflect and realize their learning experience obtained from the course throughout the semester. Their weakness and strength for each of the course learning outcomes are revealed by themselves. Their realization of their individual learning experience journeys provide sufficient information for self-improvement planning. Besides, they also have a chance to freely design this course for their juniors and colleagues.
